Unusual Crib For A Modern Nursery Inspired By Clouds

This crib looks like a cloud – but a very futuristic one. Manami Keiji’s Kumo is a tiny crib for babies inspired by the different shapes of clouds. The word ‘kumo’ means ‘cloud’ in Japanese; this cloud is turned upside down. By using light ropes, which are attached to the ceiling and to the crib, it almost floats above the ground. This makes it different from your everyday crib and rather easy to cradle the kid. The piece is ideal only for the smallest babies and will do very well in a modern interior. The only thing I’d change is the color – to some blue but anyway the piece is very unusual.
