Pretty DIY Felt Heart Pencil Topper For A Kid To Make
I’m sure you agree with me that Valentine’s Day isn’t just a holiday for lovebirds, it’s for everyone, including your family, friends and your little one, of course. This craft is perfect to get the kids involved in the holiday’s preparations and have fun. The supplies are scissors, glue, pen, felt scraps in red and white, decorative items like glitter and seed beads, pipe cleaner, heart shaped cookie cutters, pencil. Begin with drawing around a heart-shaped cookie cutter twice on red felt and analogically with smaller cookie cutter and white felt. Cut them out, and then place the small heart-shaped cookie cutter on top of one of the red hearts. Fill its center with glue, sprinkle your decorating material onto it and leave to dry. Eclectic And Cute Purple And Teal Baby Girl Nursery
In today’s post there’s a room that doesn’t really have a certain theme, but all in all looks just incredibly pretty! It’s bright, colorful, eclectic and cute – best characteristics of a place for a baby girl. The color palette of purple and teal with a few chic splashes of gold here and there is really unique and original, I can even say that I haven’t seen anything like that in a baby’s nursery. So, parents did such a fabulous job of mixing styles and creating such a lovely design! If to choose favorite things in this room, for me it definitely gonna be a hidden closet and a playful mobile over the chicest chair. What about you?
Easy DIY Cardboard Rockets For Fun
Every boy and girl loves space theme that’s why you gotta make these rockets for them! You will need cardboard mailing tubes, corrugated cardboard, poster board, supplies to decorate rockets such as paint, spray paint, colored paper, duct tape, pencil, tape, glue gun, x-acto knife, box cutter, jigsaw, powerdrill and scissors. Create a template to create “hatches” in the rocket. Trace around a round object like a jar or canister onto a piece of paper. Cut out circle and trace around it onto the cardboard tube. With an extra large drill bit, drill a starter hole in the center of the circle. Next, insert the blade of the jigsaw through the hole. While stabilizing the tube with your free hand, guide the blade towards the outline and cut out circle. With a pair of scissors, snip off any jagged cardboard remnants along the edges of the hatch. The rest of the tutorial is here.
Creative And Cozy Girl’s Bedroom Design With A Reading Nook
What makes this room spectacular is that it has lots of gorgeous bits and pieces all around. Parents wanted to leave the walls clean instead of wasting too much money decorating, so it’ll be easier to transform the room as the child grows. And to make the whole look of a kid’s space not plain and boring but unique and whimsy, they filled it with some terrific furnishings that also can be easily transferred: adorable hot air balloon wall decals that are easily removable, the cutest open dollhouse for shoes, cool storing bags, etc. But what I love the most in this room is comfy little reading nook with shelving decorated with Christmas garlands and seats made of foam and covered with colorful Ikea fabrics. So lovely!

You will need wire, needle nose pliers, wire cutters, yarn, scissors and template. Shape the wire into the thought bubble and words following the template. Make sure to leave extra wire at the ends to attach to bubble. Wrap the words in yarn and attach to the thought bubble. Then twist another piece of wire around the thought bubble to hide the connection points of the words and to provide a bit more rigidity. At the end wrap the thought bubble in yarn.
