Unexpected DIY Summer Snow For Kids

Mon, Jul 21, 2014 | DIY Projects

Snow in summer? Yes, it can be real! Your kids will like this idea! You may think that it’s so hard to make, but it’s not! All you need to make summer snow is a can of shaving cream. That is it! First of all, take your can of shaving cream and then spray it into a container that will fit in your freezer. You can buy women shaving creams with strawberry and peach scents which smell so much better than the varieties for men. Pop the container in the freezer and let it sit overnight. Then pull it out and take a spatula or spoon to the top to break up the shaving cream. This takes a second and turns the shaving cream into a super fluffy and amazing frozen powder! Your summer snow is ready!

Funny Executive Pet Chairs From The Land Of Nod

Sat, Jul 19, 2014 | Furniture sets

I love funny, even ridiculous stuff for interiors, so I couldn’t help smiling when I saw these pet chairs from The Land of Nod. They’re certainly not for those of you who think that the simpler the better, but they look so charming and adorable, your kids will fall in love! They come in 4 versions: a lion, an owl, a panda and a bear. I like that their covers are machine washable, so it wouldn’t be hard at all to clean them up. One more pleasant thing about them is that each chair can be personalized with a child’s name. Impossible cuteness!

Today’s kid’s room is one of the sweetest interiors I have seen in a while. Those charming pink and white color scheme, not too sugary or girlish but very feminine and lovely, handmade art, a chalkboard dresser, a cute quilt sewn by grandma, heart-shaped shelves filled with The Beatrix Potter books from girls’ dad childhood… Everything is so sentimental, personalized and adorable! I can go on and on listing my favorite elements in this beautiful space for a baby girl. I really love it all! But you better look yourself, because there’re really many things to get inspired by. Enjoy and catch some ideas!
