Simple And Pretty DIY Foil Space Mobile

Tue, Aug 26, 2014 | DIY Projects

Sometimes it’s better to try looking at things from an unexpected angle and let your imagination run wild. For example, use the foil baking sheets to make simple night sky mobiles from them. Fast, cheap and pretty, right? Except the sheets you’ll need thin wire, scissors, pencil, nail and cloth. First just draw your shapes whether they’re stars, clouds or a moon on the foil, avoiding any ridges. Then cut the shapes out doing your best to keep the edges smooth. Arrange the shapes as you’d like them to be on the mobile and mark dots where you’d like to string pieces together. Read the rest of the tutorial at ohhappyday.com.

This toy will bring so much fun to you and your kids and make your kids happier! You will need napkins, string, markers, scissors, feathers, toys and rocks or stones. First, get together your supplies. Your kids can find their “passengers” for the parachute. Unfold napkins to make large squares. And then they can decorate their parachutes. After that kids tie a string to each corner of the parachute. Then, for each parachute, tie all four strings together down at the bottom, leaving extra long ties at the ends. Next the kids can tie their “passenger” to the strings using the ends. Now you and your kids can take the parachutes outside to test new creations!

Light Baby Girl Nursery With Bright Yellow Accents

Sat, Aug 23, 2014 | Kids room

I think pairing sunny yellow and crispy white all together in one room is just one of the best ideas ever. This is how you gonna get an incredibly light and bright space at the same time, and it’s perfect for a nursery. Just look at today’s room for a girl named Klara and you’ll know I’m right. The space isn’t really spacious, but due to a light color palette and furniture in interesting shapes like the round crib it looks comfortable enough and simply pretty. My favorite things here are probably those pillows – so sweet! Take a look and I’m sure you’ll find something inspiring, too.

Hollywood Inspired Baby Girl Nursery In Hot Pink

Fri, Aug 22, 2014 | Kids room

The photos of this nursery just blew my mind away! I mean, have you ever seen a more fabulous, vibrant room for a baby girl? That gold ceiling, hot pink walls and custom neon light are just swoon-worthy! We’re in love with this space created by Shannon Wollack, an interior designer and a mom of beautiful Poppy. Her sense of style, boldness in creating color schemes and mixing styles are just astonishing, really. I’m even a bit jealous of her little lady, but completely happy that she’ll be spending her childhood years here in the most chic, modern and fancy room. How do you feel about the nursery? Love or hate?

Wed, Aug 20, 2014 | DIY Projects

Sometimes jellyfish looks very scary but not this time! Make this cute craft and your kids will have another toy to play. You will need snack cups (empty), googly eyes, tissue paper, scissors, glue and string. First assemble your ingredients. Cut the tissue paper into squares.
