You can make it yourself really quickly, using just a cheap bangle, two skeins of yarn and two large jingle bells. First you need to make three medium sized pom poms (follow the fork method at the second source). Then trim your pom poms, leaving tails long enough to tie them on to the bangle. With yarn secure the pom poms and thread the bells on to the bangle. For better strength and secure in place, wrap the bells with yarn. Finally, wrap with coordinating yarn the remainder of the bangle until the entire piece is covered. It’s up to you whether to pin the headpiece in place or just leave a foot of yarn to wrap around the bun.
