These felt ball shooters are a great indoor activity to keep the kids occupied while they have a summer vacation. You will need paper cups, balloons, craft knife, scissors, contact paper, hole punch and felt balls. Using the x-acto knife cut out the bottom of the cup. Tie a knot into the deflated balloon. Just like you normally would but without all the hot air. Grab your scissors and cut the top part of the balloon off. The cut off end is what you will stretch over the cup. Also you can decorate your cups! You can use some contact paper and a hole punch to make little polka dots.
