To set the whole thing up you only need these materials: printable fishy friends hand puppets template, cardstock, yarn, scissors and hole punch. First you download the template from handmadecharlotte.com, print it out on some card stock and cut them in half on the dashed line. Then cut two more pieces of card sctock in half to use as the back of the puppets. Hold the front and back of each puppet together and punch holes on the market dots.
