This room is one more example of incredible handmade work and parents’ creativity! The previous homeowners had built twin bedframes into the wall. To make the best use of the space, Kristi(mom) and Sully(dad) removed the mattress from one of the frames and created their own changing table/dresser combo. The “cubes” you see in these images were DIY with cardboard fabric covered boxes to fit in the spaces, and the mobile was created with FREE paintchips by her mom. There are so many patterns and bold stripes that my eyes are kind of dazzled; it makes for a really fun and whimsical nursery with a personal twist. What do you think of mixing patterns?
