Birds are aflutter in this calm and welcoming grey nursery created by photographer mum Shannon for her son Eli. Although she describes the walls’ color as grey, you see that on many photos below it looks like blue. And this is what I like about it: depending on the shade of grey you can get lilacs or blues in the ever changing light of a room in the daytime. I also love all of the handmade details like origami birds mobile, wall decorations, nesting box and beautiful white branch hung over the cot. They just make us think that kid’s mum put a lot of thought into every little detail in this gentle contemporary room. So please, get inspired and follow the example!
