It can be done with very little materials.  Moreover they are super easy to create and make a great craft or favor for your celebration or any party at all! Everything you need is glass or plastic bottles with screw tops, water, glycerin, glitter and metallic multi-colored confetti. At first fill bottles with water. Add a few drops of glycerin to each. Then add glitter and confetti to each bottle and replace the tops. Shake your bottle up and down to make the magic happen!
